The website allows a captain to select a team and then at the press of a button send out invitations to play to all those selected. You will be then asked to accept or decline the invitation to play by pressing a link. The captains can then monitor how team selections are progressing. It depends on you having the correct email address on the website, looking at your email and responding quickly.
