December Hockey suspension

Dear all,
You may or may not be aware that the most recent COVID guidance
for sport, prohibits the sharing of cars for travel.
With this in mind, it is with disappointment to inform you that
the Committee has agreed to following course of action.
Training - There will be no more training sessions for 2020.
Unfortunately pitch hire is expensive and we are in a time where
we our income is low.
Fixtures - All fixtures will cease apart from the 2nd Team game @
Sidmouth on Saturday 5th Dec, where all players will be expected
to make their own travel arrangements to the venue.
This is not a decision that has been taken with ease, but I do
believe it to be the right one and it has been done so in the
interest of the Club as a whole and in individuals.
Thank you all very much for all your hard work and patience this
year. Enjoy the break and hopefully we can come back in the New
Year refreshed and ready to attack this together again.
